Dilla Youth Day 2019 Vendor Application

Dilla Youth Day will be held Sunday, February 10, 2019 at the Charles H Wright Museum of African American History.

Dilla Youth Day would not be the same without our vendors. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to a successful year.

Please fill out the following information so we can properly place you in the correct area and make sure you have everything you need.

There is NO COST to be a vendor. We will provide a 6’ or 8′ table and two chairs. Each vendor must bring their own table covering and supplies. Once we review your information, you will be notified with an email confirmation as to the logistics of the day.

All vendors are asked to arrive by 10:00 AM and to stay until 5 PM. The doors open at 12:00 PM. All vendors should be open and stationed by Noon to receive guests. The event is 12 – 5 pm and then a Youth Showcase from 5:30 – 7:30 pm

This is NOT a sales vending opportunity. Please do not bring items for sale. All vendors must have information to share that is relevant to teens (ages 10 – 17) and parents. Interactive vending is key. If you have serious information to share, It’s best if you provide an activity for the youth to do at your table to enhance engagement. Giveaways, coloring, building, characters, music, dancing, photos or a STEM activity, are some examples.

DUE DATE FOR VENDOR APPLICATION IS WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 6, 2019. Vendor Spots are given out on a first come | first served basis. So the sooner we receive your application, the better.
